Who can attend this event?
Distributors and anyone who is interested in Enagic can attend.
What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, however, there may be exceptions for specific situations, such as visa denials, where a full refund can be issued upon receipt of the official government-issued visa denial notification.

Can I transfer my ticket registration to another person or make changes to the ticket?
Contact canada-event@enagic.ca for ticket transfer requests by August 31, 2026.
What should I do if I cannot find my ticket or confirmation email?
Contact canada-event@enagic.ca with the registered name and ID number.
When is the registration deadline?
August 31, 2026 or when we sell out, whichever comes first.
Are meals included in the ticket?
No, meals will be on your own.
What is the dress code for the event?
Business casual.
Are children allowed to attend this event?
Yes, but not recommended. A ticket is required for each attendee, regardless of age.
I am located outside of Canada and require an invitation letter from Enagic to obtain a visa. Who do I contact?
Please send requests to canada-event@enagic.ca after you purchase a ticket.
Will translations be provided during the event?
No translation services will be provided. English will be the primary language used throughout the event.
Who will be recognized at this event?
Distributors that ranked up to 6A and above from June 2025 - August 2026.
Is there a discounted room rate for this event?
No, we do not have any group rates at the Hyatt for this event.
